Best gym in the area! 2245 Church ave location. And the best Smoothies! I’ve done a trial at all 4 gyms in walking distance this one was by far my favorite, not crowded like the others, all the machines you’d ever want and space to do your own stretching and workouts, I’m so excited to join this gym! Shoutout to Tamalika! She was amazing and makes the ABSOLUTE best smoothie!

Retro Lincroft, has been my gym home for the past 4 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about the gym. The staff is friendly, helpful and even begin to remember your name after a while. I’ve seen the facilities make major upgrades, let me tell you it’s a great improvement of what already existed. If you get a smoothie ask for Tamika to make it, hers are the best specifically the mocha peanut butter… it hits different.
